How to Use Relo Club Digital Childcare Vouchers

Starting June 1, 2026, Relo Club (福利厚生倶楽部) childcare vouchers are now fully digital.

Digital Voucher Registration (Required for Every Session)

Please complete the registration form on the Relo Club website after each session, on the same day as your sitting service.

1. Scan this QR code with your smartphone.

2. If you are unable to scan the QR code, enter the facility code manually into the registration form on the Relo Club website: 5022148

Important Notes

• The digital voucher registration on Relo Club website must be completed within 5 days of the date of use (including the day of use). Registration will not be possible after 6 or more days have passed.
• Submissions cannot be modified after confirmation. Please review all details carefully before submitting.
• One voucher is valid per hour of use. Sessions under one hour are not eligible.
• Vouchers apply to babysitting fees only. Transportation, English lessons, online lessons, cancellation fees, and other services are not eligible.
• Each child must be registered separately. Hours cannot be combined across children.
• If a digital voucher has been used for a session, paper tickets cannot also be applied to the same session.
