How to Use Fukuri Kousei Club (Relo Club) Subsidy Coupons

Fukuri Kosei Club (Relo Club) members can now use subsidy coupons for babysitting services through CareFinder. This is a great way for busy families to save money on childcare. As a member of the Relo Club, you can receive a 3,000 point coupon to use towards babysitting.The credit can be used starting with your first booking.
What are Fukuri Kosei Club (Relo Club) subsidy coupons?
You can use childcare subsidy coupons to help cover babysitting fees. Details of the subsidy coupons vary depending on your employer’s contract with Relo Club. Please confirm the specifics with your employer’s HR department.
Digital vouchers are now in effect as of June 1, 2026.

How to use Fukuri Kosei Club (Relo Club) subsidy coupons
Contact CareFinder - Notify CareFinder in advance of your plans to use the childcare subsidy coupons via the inquiry form.
Book a Babysitter - Make a babysitting reservation through CareFinder.
Request Subsidy Coupons - Submit your application for the subsidy coupons to Fukuri Kosei Club at least 10 days before your babysitting date.
Receive Subsidy Coupons - You will receive the subsidy coupons from Fukuri Kosei Club approximately 10 days after application.
Obtain Sitter’s Signature - On the day of babysitting, have the babysitter sign or stamp the designated area on the original subsidy coupon.
Submit Coupons to CareFinder - Do not give the coupons to the sitter. Instead, send the completed coupons for the month to CareFinder by the 5th of the following month to the address below:

104-0061- Receive Reimbursement - Coupons confirmed by CareFinder by the 5th of the following month will be reimbursed via bank transfer 15th of the second following month. Bank transfer fees will be deducted from the reimbursed amount. Coupons received after the submission deadline due to unavoidable circumstances will be accepted only if they arrive at CareFinder by the 5th day of the second month following the month of use.
Important Notes
- Only valid coupons with a current expiration date may be used. Coupons for sittings outside their validity period will not be accepted.
- Sitters are not responsible for collecting coupons. Please do not hand the coupons to the sitter.
- One coupon may be used per hour of babysitting.
- Coupons are applicable only to the “Babysitting” service type and cannot be used for transportation, housekeeping, cancellation fees, Ouchi Eigo (English Sittings), or online lessons.
