Communication via CareFinder

CareFinder provides a messaging system to ensure that families and babysitters can communicate safely and securely.

For safety and to prevent potential issues, all communication must, in principle, take place on the CareFinder platform.

Communication Rules

  • Sharing personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media, etc.) is not allowed.
  • Communication outside of CareFinder is permitted only in the following cases:
    • Interviews (via phone or video call)
    • Emergency situations
  • For all other communication, please use the CareFinder messaging system.

Why is this rule important?

  • To enable CareFinder to provide support in case of any issues
  • To ensure proper handling of accidents or disputes
  • To maintain safety standards, including insurance coverage

Important Notice

Communication conducted outside of CareFinder may not be covered by our support or insurance. In addition, violations of this policy may result in account suspension or restriction.
