How to Use Benefit One (Sukusuku Aid) Childcare Vouchers
By entering the exclusive coupon code for Benefit One members when registering for a CareFinder account, you will receive 3,000 points that can be used toward babysitting services.
You may also use Sukusuku Aid / Childcare Subsidy Vouchers toward babysitting fees. Please note that the details of voucher eligibility vary depending on your employer’s contract, so please confirm with your company for more information
How to Use Benefit One Sukusuku Aid Childcare Assistance Vouchers
Notify CareFinder in advance
If you plan to use Sukusuku Aid childcare assistance vouchers, please contact CareFinder in advance via the contact-us form.
Include your Benefit Station membership ID and specify that you are using the Benefit Station service.
- Book a Babysitter
Make a babysitting reservation through CareFinder.
- Obtain a Babysitter’s Signature
On the day of babysitting, have the babysitter sign or stamp the facility confirmation section in your Sukusuku Handbook.
Submit the Voucher to CareFinder
Do not give the Sukusuku Handbook or childcare assistance vouchers to the babysitter.
Collect all vouchers used in a given month and send them to CareFinder by the 5th of the following month at the address below

- Receive a refund
Vouchers received and confirmed by CareFinder by the 5th of the following month will be refunded by bank transfer 15th of the month after that. CareFinder will deduct the bank transfer fees.
Important Notes
- Babysitters cannot collect the Sukusuku Handbook or childcare assistance vouchers, so please do not give them directly to the sitter.
Benefit One cannot accept old vouchers.
