Hello! My name is Chin Wern, you may call me Wenny. I’m from Malaysia. I moved to Japan in March 2025 after marrying my Japanese husband. Currently I’m staying in Kyoto. Malaysia is a multiracial country, therefore I can speak a few languages. I can communicate in English, Mandarine, Malay and Cantonese. I’m still learning Japanese at this moment, therefore my Japanese level is minimal and can communicate in basic conversations.

I graduated from the University of Science Malaysia with the Bachelor of Special Needs Education. I have around 10 years teaching experience with special needs children. I’m a certified Brain Gym and Rhythmic Movement Training practitioner as well. Hence, my expert skill is using kinetic movement to play with children. Fun learning is always the best!

Besides that, I was a home-based tuition teacher in Malaysia too. I teach English, Chinese, Malay & Mathematics subjects. In Malaysia, I joined the community counseling volunteer around 3 years. Therefore, I care about children’s emotional development during their learning process. Besides that, during school holidays, sometimes I worked as a nanny upon the parents’ requests or carried out the school holiday activities for the children.

I’m a baking lover. Therefore, I can do baking with the kids. Besides that, I also can do simple art and craft, play Legos or blocks, play doughs, storytelling and other fun activities with the kids.

In Japan, currently I’m working as a private English tutor for junior high school students & English facilitator for educational programs. Besides that, I also work as a babysitter for foreign tourists in Japan. Therefore, I would also like to provide babysitting service for the local families or foreign families who are currently staying in Japan.

CANCELLATION POLICY (all times are calculated from the start time of the scheduled job):

48+ hours before scheduled sitting: No cancellation fee
Between 48 - 24 hours: 50% of the sitting fee
Within 24 hours: 100% of the sitting fee (+transportation cost if I’m in transit)

我的爱好是烘培，所以我很喜欢和孩子们一起做烘培。除了烘培，我也可以和孩子们做一些简单的手工，玩玩具和说故事等等不同有趣的活动。希望能以我的经验，能为有需要的家庭提供服务，并为孩子们带来快乐。

I am 31 years old, a civil engineer from Egypt. I received 3 coronavirus vaccine shots and the last one was in May 2022.
In 2017, I joined a research exchange program at Shibaura Institute of Technology for 3 months. In 2021 I came back to Japan with my daughter and husband for obtaining educational degrees from Japanese universities. My husband got his PhD from The University of Tokyo while I got my master's degree in Science and Engineering in March 2025 from Toyo University.
My child care experience;
Spending time with children is my hobby which I enjoy and have great interest in. My daughter is 6 years old. I have 4 nieces and nephews aged between 5 and 10 years old with whom I used to spend a lot of time playing and looking after them. so I have a personal child care experience for over 10 years now with my child, nieces, nephews and my friends' children. In addition to working with CareFinder starting from September 2021, through which I have worked with over 40 Japanese and foreign families.
I enjoy creating fun and educational Montessori activities and educational materials for children. I used to make felt quiet books for children at different ages. Currently I am more into making educational flash cards and binders that help children learn English, Arabic, and mathematics. I will try to upload pictures from my work with prices please send me a message if you would like me to make interesting cards and binders to help your children learn.

As a mother, I have an interest in the Montessori lifestyle for children. I spend time learning about it and I try to apply it as much as I can with my daughter but honestly I don't succeed in everything. In the future, I intend to have a diploma in Montessori in case I decided to do a career shift from engineering.

I take care of your children the same way I want others to treat my own daughter;
- ensuring their safety, having healthy meals, and enjoying their time in a good way for their development.
- I love crafts, making accessories, and colouring. I enjoy sharing these hobbies with children. I even made special coloring sketches for my nieces and nephews which they enjoyed very much.
- For babies 0-12 months old, I can create photoshoot setups to capture photos every month of their development. I attached some photos from the photoshoots I took for my daughter.
- I can take children to nearby playgrounds and watch them while playing
- I can help children with their homework.
- I engage children in food preparation but I only give them easy and safe tasks.
- As a native Arabic speaker, I can give your children Arabic lessons and help them practice Arabic while playing
