Junko was incredible! She was a great communicator and kept an amazing log. She checked our 7 month baby every 5 minutes after she went to sleep and documented all of it. I hope I come back to Kyoto and get the opportunity to work with Junko again!

Junko is fantastic. We were traveling in Japan from Canada and we hired Junko to watch our two children in Kyoto for two nights. She was wonderful. Arrived on time with activities for the children, immediately took over without a lot of direction, and asked the right questions (allergies, sleep routine etc.). We felt comfortable and confident the kids would be safe and well cared for. She seemed very comfortable with the kids from the start. Got both kids to bed without fuss and kept us updated throughout the night. Would have Junko to watch the kids again anytime. Thank you, Junko!

The most professional sitter we've ever worked with—punctual, attentive, and provided a written report at the end of the night. Our preschooler enjoyed the time with Junko, and she carefully balanced attention to him with care for our toddler. We would encourage any family to work with her.
We stayed in Osaka for 8 days and hired Junko on 2 separate nights. That is how confident we were with her even after not having met her. Communication was always prompt and during the 2 sessions, she brought activities for our little one. 1 session was with 3 kids and another was with just our 3 year old son. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter traveling to the Osaka area.
I will be recommending Junko to all my friends who come to Osaka! I wish we were here longer so that we could work with Junko again. She immediately made us feel at ease and brought my little one some origami surprises. Of course, my daughter (21 months) cried when we left but Junko messaged us 40 minutes later saying she was fast asleep. When we arrived home, I received a detailed report on the evening and to our surprise even included my daughter’s changes in sleeping positions. And wow, the dishes were clean when we got home! Junko was great. Professional, sweet and caring. I appreciated the detail log of both kids (4 months old and 5 year old). She kept me updated on both kids when asked. I felt comfortable and confident that my babies were in good hands.

Was so wonderful with our two (4&5) managed to get them to bed easily. Our clingy Kids asked when she is coming back.

Junko was amazing with our two month old and three year old boy. She had prepared a babysitting schedule to let us know what happened throughout the night and also bathed, gave dinner, played games prepared, fed and burped our two month old. Both fast asleep when we got home with washing folded and dishes done.

Junko was very kind and patient, and very reliable sitter. She has tons of experience dealing with kids, and our kids (5 and 2) were in perfect care during our trip in Osaka and Kyoto. She brought toys for bubble bath for the kids also arts and craft for the kids to play with. She is very neat and clean, and our kids enjoyed her company very much. She was also kid enough to adjust her schedule to our last min requests. We felt very fortunate to have met Mrs Junko, and will recommend her to anyone traveling in Japan that needs her service.
