Hi, my name is Mariko. I’m 25 years old and half Japanese, half Australian. I grew up in Australia and moved to Japan in 2023. My native language is English, and I also speak basic conversational Japanese.

I have 2 years of experience working in after-school hours care in Australia and 1 year of experience teaching at an English immersion school in Japan, looking after children between the ages of 3 and 12. I also hold a Bachelor of Nursing, which has strengthened my sense of care and responsibility.

In my free time, I enjoy baking sweets, playing soccer, and doing creative activities like drawing and crafts. I love sharing fun and educational experiences with children and helping them grow with confidence. I’m excited for the chance to care for your children and create a positive, happy environment together.

48+ hours before the scheduled sitting: No cancellation fee
Between 48-24 hours: 50% of sitting fee
Within 24 hours: 100% of sitting fee (+ transportation cost if on the way)
