Hi, I’m Risa! I spent my childhood in Australia, so I'm comfortable communicating in English. During university, I worked for four years at an international kindergarten, where I gained valuable experience working with children from diverse backgrounds. I can also speak Chinese at a conversational level.

I always strive to create a fun and safe environment where each child feels respected and cared for. I especially enjoy spending time outdoors with children, doing arts and crafts, building with Legos, solving puzzles, and reading stories together. I also love playing board games and card games with kids—they’re a great way to learn while having fun!

In my free time, I enjoy baking, cooking simple meals, and going for walks. These are hobbies I often love to share with children, whether it's decorating cupcakes, making a fun snack together, or exploring the neighborhood park. I bring a cheerful, patient attitude and enjoy supporting children’s growth through creative and engaging experiences.

はじめまして、りさと申します。幼少期をオーストラリアで過ごしたため、英語でのコミュニケーションに自信があります。大学時代には、4年間インターナショナル幼稚園で働き、多様なバックグラウンドを持つ子どもたちと関わる貴重な経験を積みました。中国語も日常会話程度で話すことができます。

子どもたち一人ひとりが尊重され、安心して楽しく過ごせる環境づくりを大切にしています。外遊びやアート＆クラフト、レゴやパズル、絵本の読み聞かせなど、一緒に楽しむことが大好きです。また、ボードゲームやカードゲームを通して、遊びながら自然と学べる時間を作るのも得意です。

趣味はお菓子作りや料理、散歩などで、子どもたちと一緒に楽しむことも多いです。たとえば、一緒にカップケーキをデコレーションしたり、おやつを作ったり、公園を探検したりと、日常の中でわくわくする体験を共有できたら嬉しいです。明るく前向きな性格で、子どもたちの成長をあたたかくサポートしていきたいと思っています。
