I can’t say enough great things about ayumi. She was incredibly lovely and spoke very good English. She brought all kinds of activities with her for the kids to do, and genuinely spent the entire day playing with them. When we got back, the kids had all kinds of crafts made and she gave us a summary report of everything they had done. The kids said she is the best babysitter they have ever had!

We were visiting Tokyo for the first time and Ayumi helped take care of our two kids at the hotel room for an evening. She’s a sweet and loving lady and our kids felt perfectly at ease with her the moment they met. She was just perfect and the kids had a great time. We would absolutely not hesitate to work with her again!
We are so grateful for Ayumi. She helped babysit our kids on two nights in tokyo so we can go out for dinner. Kids (5 and 7) absolutely adored her. She brought so many fun crafts for the kids to do, and wrote down everything they did for us. After the first night, kids were so happy to have Ayumi back for another night.
If I could give her 100 stars I would. I very fussy toddler adored her. He can be difficult and doesn’t warm to people easily but Ayumi was magnificent with him. Our older 2 children absolutely loved her too. We had her for 3 days at Disneyland and DisneySea and she is very knowledgeable on the parks which made her even more of a gem. We LOVE Ayumi
Ayumi was amazing with our 11 month boy. We highly recommand her for your babies. She brought creative toys, create "Diy" toys and seems really patient with our son. She speaks really well english and is really punctual and nice. Perfect japanese / american nanny !

Ayumi-san is a highly skilled and compassionate babysitter. The level of detail and attention she paid our son was extremely high.
She sent us hourly status updates and left us hand-written notes detailing every event that occurred, from feeding, bath time, nap, and 10-minute breathing checks, among other such details.
We would consider ourselves highly fortunate to secure Ayumi-san's services in the future and recommend her very highly.
Ayumi is fantastic. She's sat for our kids (age 3 & 5) a bunch of times and they always request that she come back. She brings crafts each time which they love and she has a nice calm energy about her that is perfect for bedtime. Because she's fluent in English & Japanese I never worry about any emergencies arising that she couldn't handle.
The absolute best! She watched our son for two nights while we had dinner with coworkers. We were coming from the United States and she made us feel beyond comfortable. Brought so many things for him to play with. I wish she lived in the US so we could use her every time!
Our daughter had so much fun with her. Ayumi-San had lots of little activities to keep her entertained. And the summary update at the end was very detailed.

Ayumi was great with our 3 year old. Very engaging and she brought fun activities to do. Our daughter was very sad to see her go and asked if “her new friend can come play soon!”
Our experience with Ayumi san was wonderful. Our children took to her instantly and she kept them busy, calm and happy. Ayumi is so wonderful! It was as if Mary Poppins walked into my house and watched my kids. She was so kind, considerate, warm to our family. It is so difficult to feel like it is ok to leave your children with someone, and really she was fabulous! I am so grateful we found her.

Ayumi was absolutely wonderful. Our son always has a tough time when we leave and she handled him with so much care. Ayumi brought some of her own toys which our son loved. She even brought a balloon for him and he’s still playing with it almost a week later. Ayumi was also thoughtful enough to leave us detailed notes on their activities and our son’s sleep/wake times. The reviews don't do Ayumi justice, she's amazing. Our son, who doesn't like people, instantly warmed up to her and played with her. Ayumi is the perfect babysitter.
Ayumi was lovely! She was very sweet with my 4 month old and came well prepared with crafts for my 7 year old. My older girl said it was fun to play with Ayumi, and I feel comfortable leaving even such a young baby in her capable hands for future jobs.

Ayumi is absolutely the sweetest babysitter I have ever met. She was so kind to my boys and even offered to launder some of their clothes at her home (knowing we were staying in Japan for 10 days at a hotel). A lovely person!!

Ayumi was great. She arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Our baby slept the whole time she was watching him, and she went above and beyond by keeping a record of her checks on him every 10 minutes while he was asleep. I will definitely contact Ayumi next time I am looking for childcare in Tokyo!
Ayumi was an excellent carer for my 7 year old daughter. She was punctual, sensitive to my daughter’s needs after a long red eye flight and also took the initiative to bring along unique crafts/games to work on together while at the hotel. Ayumi is clearly very experienced and is a model carer in my view. I would readily recommend her services to others.
Ayumi surpasses her online reviews and the expectation that come with them! She was prompt, so friendly, and an excellent communicator! If only we had joined this site sooner and could have used her throughout our one month stay!! Do not hesitate to use Ayumi, you will not be disappointed!
We got so, so lucky that we found Ayumi while traveling in Tokyo. I was nervous about having someone I don't know look after my baby, but Ayumi made us feel comfortable from the first moment. She was totally unfazed by my baby's crying (due to jet lag and exhaustion), kept us informed by text of how she was doing, and took notes of what happened through the night. When I came back she was rocking my sleeping baby in her arms. Her English is perfect too!

Ayumi was wonderful! We used her for 2 nights out in Tokyo while our baby boy slept. One of the nights he woke up and she sat in the room with him and rocked him back to sleep for over an hour. To make this even more difficult, she hadn't had a chance to meet him yet so this was their first time meeting and she handled it perfectly. She was very punctual, responsive, and all around sweet. We will definitely use her again if she's available on any future trip to Japan.
Ayumi Is extraordinary! She is so responsible, attentive and lots of fun. I am in Tokyo for the first time on business as a single mom, and Ayumi took care of my seven year old daughter for two days. Ayumi offered to take her to Tokyo Disney and KidZandia, and basically showed her the time of her life! My daughter loved being with Ayumi, and I loved knowing that another mom was taking good care of my girl while I was working. I couldn’t have asked for a better scenario. She’s an expert, and I am so thankful to have been able to hire her.

Ayumi was punctual and very kind! We are visiting Japan and wanted an evening out so we hired Ayumi to stay with our son while he slept at the hotel. She actively communicated with us before our arranged time and contacted us when she arrived. We would hire again!
Ayumi is an exceptionally good babysitter. Our two girls (5 & 13) had a lovely time with her. She very thoughtfully brought some toys and craft materials with her and they thoroughly enjoyed playing with her. Ayumi was extremely friendly thoughtful and kind as well as flexible with our last minute arrangements. We could not recommend her more highly. Thanks Ayumi!

Ayumi san was great! She brought some crafts for our daughter and they bonded within 5 minutes and played happily for two hours. She was very helpful in helping with Japanese language skills and speaks perfect English too. She really knows how to connect with little kids!
Ayumi is very bright, tender and fun. My boy is only 12 months old and he had so much fun with Ayumi, which I actually extended the hours after checking with Ayumi.

Ayumi-san was wonderful! My girls absolutely adored her and are already asking when she can come back. I would highly recommend her! She has a warm-hearted personality and we felt our kids were in good hands. She was very responsive and accommodating when we asked to switch the job times. She played games and did crafts with the girls. When we arrived back home, the girls were very happy and that’s what’s important. We plan to have Ayumi babysit for us again very soon! You won’t regret choosing her as your babysitter.

人見知りが最近激しいので心配でしたが、子供が泣いていても大丈夫と言ってくださり安心して預けることができました。
またいろいろな遊び方で遊んてくださり、最後は娘も離れたくなさそうでした。
あゆみさんは物腰が柔らかく、子供に対してもとてもきれいなお言葉遣いでした。

Ayumi is friendly and easy to talk to. She knows well how to entertain children through experience of volunteering at her children's school and working at Disneyland as well. I'm sure she will be a good babysitter for families that look for talented babysitter!
