Ayumi was the very best baby sitter we’ve ever had in any country ever including in the US. She took such great care of our baby and even helped us out when we got in a bind in Japan. We highly recommend Ayumi and can’t wait to see her again next time we visit. It’s hard to leave your baby with someone on an International trip, but Ayumi instilled great trust and comfort. Thank you Ayumi for being so intentional, you helped make our journey in Japan exceptional!

Ayumi was wonderful! She quickly connected with my 16-month-old and knew exactly how to keep him comfortable, engaged, and happy. She was also very thorough about keeping a daily log of their activities and sending updates throughout the day, which made it easy to stay informed while we were out. My son really enjoyed his time with her, and we would absolutely book her again the next time we visit!

Ayumi has been absolutely incredible. She has helped us out last minute for daytime naps, and our son was completely at ease when waking up to her at our hotel. She even made sure to check his breathing every 10 minute whilst he was asleep and left us a record on our return. She’s the most caring and kind babysitter I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Ayumi was absolutely magical with our 5 year old daughter. She brought a huge bag full of supplies and spent an afternoon playing and working with my daughter on ingenious and fun craft projects. My daughter proudly showed me all of their creations which are lovely souvenirs from our trip. Ayumi provided clear, professional and prompt communication. It can be a little stressful leaving your small child with a new person in a different country but Ayumi put me entirely at ease and was a wonderful caregiver.

Ayumi was so prepared and came with big bag of toys and other supplies to entertain my 24month old and 6 year old. They both loved their time with her. My 6 year old daughter definitely wants to do this again.

We are so grateful for Ayumi. She helped babysit our kids on two nights in tokyo so we can go out for dinner. Kids (5 and 7) absolutely adored her. She brought so many fun crafts for the kids to do, and wrote down everything they did for us. After the first night, kids were so happy to have Ayumi back for another night.

If I could give her 100 stars I would. I very fussy toddler adored her. He can be difficult and doesn’t warm to people easily but Ayumi was magnificent with him. Our older 2 children absolutely loved her too. We had her for 3 days at Disneyland and DisneySea and she is very knowledgeable on the parks which made her even more of a gem. We LOVE Ayumi

Ayumi was amazing with our 11 month boy. We highly recommand her for your babies. She brought creative toys, create "Diy" toys and seems really patient with our son. She speaks really well english and is really punctual and nice. Perfect japanese / american nanny !

Ayumi-san is a highly skilled and compassionate babysitter. The level of detail and attention she paid our son was extremely high.

She sent us hourly status updates and left us hand-written notes detailing every event that occurred, from feeding, bath time, nap, and 10-minute breathing checks, among other such details.

We would consider ourselves highly fortunate to secure Ayumi-san's services in the future and recommend her very highly.

The absolute best! She watched our son for two nights while we had dinner with coworkers. We were coming from the United States and she made us feel beyond comfortable. Brought so many things for him to play with. I wish she lived in the US so we could use her every time!

Our experience with Ayumi san was wonderful. Our children took to her instantly and she kept them busy, calm and happy. Ayumi was lovely! She was very sweet with my 4 month old and came well prepared with crafts for my 7 year old. My older girl said it was fun to play with Ayumi, and I feel comfortable leaving even such a young baby in her capable hands for future jobs.
