We spent two full days with Rina at Tokyo Disney Resort while traveling with our 3-year-old triplets. She interacted with our children so naturally and patiently, always paying attention to each child’s needs and making them feel safe, happy, and included. She wasn’t simply doing a job—she genuinely enjoyed spending time with our children, and it showed in every interaction.

Another thing we really appreciated was her knowledge of Disney. Throughout both days, she gave us helpful recommendations about attractions, timing, and how to navigate the parks based on the crowds. Her advice made our Disney experience much smoother and allowed our family to enjoy every moment without unnecessary stress.

Communication was effortless. She understood our family’s needs immediately and always knew how to help without us even having to ask. Her English is excellent, making communication incredibly easy, and we highly recommend her to international families visiting Japan.

The two days we spent together were incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Rina has such a calming presence that everyone feels relaxed around her. She never felt like someone we had hired—she truly felt like part of our family.

The biggest compliment came from our children. Even after our Disney trip ended, they kept asking us, “When can we see Rina again?” As parents, we believe there is no greater compliment than that. In just two days, she built such a beautiful connection with our children, and that speaks volumes about the kind of person she is.

Both my children and I absolutely adore Rina. Whenever we visit Japan again, she will be the first person we contact. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a trustworthy, professional, caring, patient, and genuinely wonderful babysitter.

コミュニケーションもとてもスムーズで、私たちの希望をすぐに理解し、言葉にしなくても自然にサポートしてくださいました。英語もとても流暢なので、海外から旅行されるご家族にも心からおすすめできます。

一緒に過ごした2日間は本当に心地よく、とても楽しい時間でした。Rinaさんには人を安心させる穏やかな雰囲気があり、一緒にいるだけで自然とリラックスできます。私たちにとってRinaさんは「シッターさん」というより、家族の一員のような存在でした。

そして何より印象的だったのは、旅行が終わった後も子どもたちが何度も「Rinaさんにまたいつ会えるの？」と聞いてきたことです。親として、これ以上の褒め言葉はありません。たった2日間で子どもたちとこんなに素敵な信頼関係を築いてくださったことに、本当に感謝しています。

私も子どもたちもRinaさんが大好きです。これから日本に来るたびに、ぜひまたRinaさんにお願いしたいと思っています。信頼できて、プロフェッショナルで、優しく、落ち着いていて、心から子どもたちを大切にしてくださる素晴らしいシッターさんです。
