My name is Katherine, I am originally from Chile, and I’ve been living in Japan for the past four months. I speak Spanish and English fluently, have a high level of German, and basic knowledge of Italian and Japanese.

I am certified and highly trained in childcare in Germany, with many years of experience working with children from their first months of life through to adolescence. I’ve worked as a kindergarten teacher, caring for up to 20 children every day. My experience spans across different age groups, and I have supported children in taking their first steps and speaking their first words, as well as assisting them with schoolwork, household tasks, and learning new languages, songs, geography, and mathematics.

My passion for working with children goes beyond basic care. I believe in the importance of learning through fun and interactive activities. I specialize in teaching foreign languages such as Spanish, English, and German, and I always incorporate games, songs, and creative activities into learning. I am also an illustrator, and I enjoy creating fun and educational comics with the children. I love to engage them in arts and crafts, storytelling, dancing, and playing with toys like Legos. Outdoor activities are also an essential part of my routine, and I enjoy taking children to the park and engaging in activities with animals.

I am energetic, outgoing, and joyful, always adapting to each situation and ensuring a fun, nurturing, and enriching environment for the children. I also enjoy preparing healthy and balanced meals together with them.

¡Hola, queridos papis!

Soy Katherine, chilena de corazón, y estoy súper emocionada de poder compartir con sus pequeños no solo el español, sino también todo lo lindo de nuestra cultura latina. Además, hablo inglés, alemán e incluso un poquito de japonés, así que siempre hay algo nuevo que aprender juntos.

Mi experiencia trabajando con niños es bastante amplia. He trabajado con pequeños desde sus primeros meses de vida hasta la adolescencia, y me encanta hacer que el aprendizaje sea divertido y lleno de risas. No solo me enfoco en el cuidado, sino en enseñar a través de juegos, canciones, actividades creativas y, por supuesto, ¡mucha diversión! También soy ilustradora, así que disfruto creando cómics y proyectos artísticos con los niños.

Soy muy energética, alegre y siempre trato de adaptar cada actividad a lo que les guste o necesiten. Me encanta salir al parque, bailar, jugar con legos y preparar juntos comidas saludables.
