We chose Azu to look after our 13 month old boy for an afternoon/late night and from her first message applying, I was instantly comfortable. She came to our small hotel room with toys and activities and took notes on what she could expect for their time together. Azu played music, sang, played and took him to a nearby park and updated me as the night progressed and he looked so happy! I would have no hesitation in booking Azu again and would highly recommend for anyone else considering her.
Azu has been absolutly wonderful. She has been super helpful and very flexible with out ever moving schedule. We look forward to seeing her again.

Azu was very professional from the beginning and I instantly knew I could trust her with my 1 year old son. I loved how well prepared she was with note taking, educational toys and etc. She updated me every hour about how she was spending time with my son. And surprisingly my son didn't cry at all when he first met her after his nap, which in most cases he cries waking up to an unfamiliar face. I would definitely have her back again and also recommend to any friends when they need help!

Azu is very professional and captured my kids characteristics very quickly. My kids are usually very shy but they quickly adapted to Azu. They enjoyed playing games together and hopes to see her again.

Azu is a wonderful teacher. My daughter is usually very shy but Azu did just great. Azu is very caring and responsible which made us like her a lot within one lesson. Azu observed my daughter very well and built the right curriculum for her. After the lesson my daughter was captivated by Azu. Now she is asking me when she can see Azu again. 子どもと接する前に色々準備してきたし、接している時間もずっと子供を観察しながら親切に対応してくれました。うちの子は一回目でありながらも、Azuさんを受け入れて楽しく遊びました。これからもAzuさんに頼みたいですし、子供の英語がどんどん上達するのも楽しみにしています。
Azu taught my elementary age daughter piano, a specific song my daughter was interested to play.
She was great with her. They had fun, and laughed together many times, even if it was the first session. My daughter also concentrated hard through Azu's instruction. Azu seems to have struck the right balance of fun, kindness, empathy, and focus.
The communication and preparation by Azu, before the lesson was very well appreciated also.
Azu was very attentive to our children’s needs and would highly recommend Azu’s babysitting services for other parents. Azu played games with our babies before their bedtime routine, our children had a great time with Azu whilst we were in Japan.
She was always attentive to my child and made me feel at ease. I also really appreciated that she brought things like flashcards and paints to keep my child engaged.
Azu was so professional, attentive towards my son’s education, and wonderful. I felt like my son was in very capable hands. She arrived at the first sitting with a checklist of questions to ask about my child. Her preparation is great and her qualifications are obvious.

Azu got along excellent with our 3 year old son. They were able to communicate great in English and even did some lovely baking together.
We found Azu very professional. She took detailed notes and was very clear with how the evening went.
Azu is very professional and very serious about giving the best to the children. She is not the type of the caregiver who pretends to be extra-nice to the parents so I was not so sure at the first sight. However in the end my 3 year old daughter’s comment “She is so nice” explained everything. With her brother, they had so much fun with Azu that it was even difficult to end her service of the day! We definitely look forward to her next visits.

Azu was kind and attentive.
It was our first time to hire a babysitter, but my 1yo daughter was never shy to her.
While I was absent, my daughter became cranky and cried a lot, but Azu was patient and let her sleep safely.
It was a bit pity that we couldn't enjoy her Montessori method on my daughter much as she was too tired without nap beforehand.
She was also kindly answered my questions including coupon and the regulations.

It was my first time using English sittings for my 3 year old daughter. My daughter is very shy but Azu was great taking time with her and playing at her pace. My daughter was able to communicate with flashcards and enjoyed playing. I am hoping to offer again in the near future.

My son enjoyed the time with Azu. This is 1st time for him to stay in an English-speaking environment, but he had no problem communicating. Azu is very professional; she understood my son's character and peculiarities at the first session, she used handmade cards to check his level at English and she has a wide menu that my son seemed to enjoy. She gave us tips and information how to treat my son the best to support his bilingual skills
Azu was amazing. She cared for our two children for two nights in a row during our visit in Tokyo so my husband and I could go out for some nice dinners. Azu arrived early and was a clear communicator. She took the children out for dinner and a little sightseeing both nights and then put them to bed. I highly recommend Azu and would absolutely hire her again.
Azu was wonderful to work with. She took great care of our twin 3-year old daughters while we were visiting Tokyo. She was easy to communicate with, terrific with the children and we'd very happily have her help our family in the future. You'll be in wonderful hands with her!

Mes garçons (8 et 10 ans) ont adoré leur soirée avec Azu. Avec notre accord au préalable, elle les a amené en promenade au parc Ueno et lèche-vitrine dans les magasins. Ainsi, ils ont pu profiter de cette soirée à Tokyo autant que leurs parents.

Azu-san is a very kind and friendly babysitter. I asked her to take care of my two children mainly, my children were getting used to playing with her soon. though when they played with other sitters, it took more time to do so, so I was very surprised and appreciated her kindness.

人見知りな子ですが楽しい雰囲気で遊んでもらえて、短時間で打ち解けていて安心しました。遊びの中で子供から自然に英語を引き出したり、英単語のカードを持ってきてくれたり、英語の先生としても素晴らしいと思いました。

As soon as she saw my 2 year old son for the first time, she grabbed him and had fun playing with him to his interests. She also taught him English while playing with him and I thaught she is professional.
She was very good at reading picture books!
