Hello! My name is Kana. I have gained a lot of experience working with children in various settings.
First, in my experience at a child daycare service, I was in charge of supporting children of all ages, from 2 months old to high school students. I tried to respond to each child according to their personality and individual needs, creating a fun and safe environment where they could grow and thrive.　
I am also a graduate of a music college and have worked in a music school. In the classroom, I taught children from 4 years old and helped them develop their sensitivity through music. I place great importance on helping children develop concentration and perseverance while having fun and learning.

Currently, I work as a special support worker at a kindergarten, supporting 4- and 5-year-old children who need assistance. I try to support children in situations where individualized support is required and to make them feel comfortable and confident. I help children develop communication and cooperation skills through group activities and individual support. In addition, I always strive to be attentive and considerate, ensuring the children feel comfortable and safe at all times.

I love animals, plants, and nature, and I value spending time with children to share the joy of these wonders. I enjoy watching movies and anime or exploring new worlds through reading in my free time. I look forward to creating fun and engaging moments with children while helping nurture their curiosity!
The fun things I wish to do with children are origami, crafts, singing, dancing, and going for walks.
I value each child's pace and personality and support them to grow up in a safe and comfortable environment. I look forward to working with you!

Experience working on a U.S. military base
I have also worked on a U.S. military base before. Through this experience, I was exposed to different cultures and learned how to interact with foreign families. Since I communicate in English daily, I am confident in my ability to communicate in English. I developed the ability to be flexible in dealing with children of multiple nationalities. With this experience, I am confident that I can provide children with the best possible care for foreign families.

German Communication Skills
Additionally, I can speak a little German. I previously learned German in Berlin and was able to communicate at a daily conversational level. I am currently a little rusty, but I am in the process of re-learning and have a positive attitude towards communicating in foreign languages. With this experience, I feel comfortable with children who speak German as well.

Deutsche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Außerdem kann ich ein wenig Deutsch sprechen. Ich habe früher Deutsch in Berlin gelernt und war in der Lage, auf einer täglichen Konversationsebene zu kommunizieren. Ich bin derzeit ein wenig eingerostet, aber ich bin in den Prozess des Wiedererlernens und haben eine positive Einstellung gegenüber der Kommunikation in Fremdsprachen. Mit dieser Erfahrung fühle ich mich wohl mit Kindern, die auch Deutsch sprechen.

これまでに様々な場面で子どもたちと関わる中で、多くの経験を積んできました。

まず、児童デイサービスでの経験では、生後2ヶ月から高校生までの幅広い年齢層の子どもたちのサポートを担当しました。子ども一人一人の個性や個別のニーズ合わせた対応を心がけ、楽しく安心できる環境を提供し、子どもたちの成長を見守りました。
また、音大を卒業しており、音楽教室で働いていた経験もあります。教室では4歳児から指導を行い、音楽を通じて子どもたちの感性を育むお手伝いをしました。楽しく学びながら、集中力や忍耐力を身につけてもらうことを大切にしています。
現在は、幼稚園で特別支援員として勤務しており、4歳児・5歳児の支援が必要なお子さまのサポートを行っています。個別の支援が求められる場面でも、子どもたちが自信を持って過ごせるよう、安心できるサポートを心がけています。集団活動や個別支援を通じて、コミュニケーション能力や協調性を育めるようにサポートを行っています。また、子どもたちが安心して過ごせるよう、常に細やかな配慮を忘れずに接しています。

私は動物や植物、そして自然が大好きで、子どもたちと一緒にその魅力を楽しむ時間を大切にしています。空いた時間には、映画やアニメを観たり、本を読んだりして新しい世界に触れるのが好きです。子どもたちと一緒に楽しく過ごしながら、好奇心を育むお手伝いができればと思っています！

米軍基地内での勤務経験
また、以前米軍基地内で働いていた経験があります。この経験を通じて、異文化に触れ、外国籍の家庭との関わり方を学びました。英語でのコミュニケーションも日常的に行っていたため、英語でのやり取りにも自信があります。多国籍の子どもたちと接する中で、柔軟に対応する力が養われました。この経験を活かし、外国人のご家庭でも安心してお子さまをお預かりできると確信しています。


ドイツ語のコミュニケーションスキル
ドイツ語を少し話すことができます。以前、ベルリンでドイツ語を学び、日常会話程度でコミュニケーションが取れるレベルでした。現在は少しさびついていますが、再学習を進めており、外国語でのやり取りに対して前向きに取り組んでいます。この経験を活かして、ドイツ語を話すお子さまとも安心して接することができると思います。
