Natsumi was wonderful with our 7 month old. In fact, the first time he met her, he found her so comforting he fell asleep within 10 minutes. :) Natsumi was very thorough in making sure that she understood our needs and routines. Natsumi was great at playing with our son (when he was awake), and gentle and caring when putting him to sleep. We felt very reassured by her regular updates when our son was in her care.

Natsumi was fantastic with our 4 year old daughter. She did several sittings for us at our hotel and after the first one our daughter was asking to bring her back. Very easy to communicate with and very prompt and professional. Would recommend strongly.

Natsumi isn't just a babysitter: she's a friend you can count on and trust! She is very flexible with her schedule, easy-going, knowledgable, helpful and patient. One of our sons is slightly autistic and can be frustrating on occasion with his fixations, but Natsumi handled both of our children with grace, poise and care, arguably doing a better job with them than we do! We wouldn't choose any other sitter than Natsumi!

We cannot recommend Natsumi enough! She cared for our 5 month old for 3 nights during our visit to Tokyo. We had such peace of mind leaving our baby with Natsumi. She was always prompt and reliable. Our son was immediately attracted to her calming presence. She also provided great, timely updates on how he was doing. Her care for children and kind-hearted nature is evident in all that she does. She quickly became like family. We would recommend her to any family without hesitation!

Natsumi helped us with our kids (3m and 2y) when we got sick while traveling in Japan. She was very flexible, friendly, helpful and attentive, and the kids liked her too, even though with the toddler they didn't even share a language! Natsumi is a great babysitter.
