After that, I have been working as an English teacher in Okayama for ten years.
The reason why I became a babysitter is that I want to respect children's personality and
individuality.
In the group lessons, I had a difficult time teaching what each student wants to do, but
I can give lessons based on what they want to and what they like to do as a babysitter.
I want them to expand their perspective.
Children will have many choices for the future if they speak English!

I learned English as a second language, so I understand how hard it is.
When children struggle to pick up English, I know how to encourage and support them.
I really want them to know that English is fun to learn!


I love outdoors. I go to parks, mountains, sea, and rivers with my family on my days off.
I tried camping and skiing with my kids.
When I was a student, I played baseball, basketball, and soccer.
I'm outgoting and active. I really like sports, so if your children like sports or going to the

【CANCELLATION POLICY 】
(all timing is calculated based on the start time of the scheduled sitting)
・48+ hours before the scheduled sitting: No cancellation fee
・Between 48-24 hours: 50% of sitting fee
・Within 24 hours: 100% of sitting fee (+ transportation cost if on the way)

【キャンセル料金】
シッティング開始時刻から逆算して、キャンセル料が発生します。
・シッティング開始時刻の 48 時間前のキャンセル :無料
・シッティング開始時刻の 48 時間〜24 時間前のキャンセル:シッティング料金の 50%
・シッティング開始時刻の 24 時間前のキャンセル:シッティング料金の 100%

提携医療機関：無、体調不良時はかかりつけ医にお連れします

●緊急時等における対応方法
お子さまの体調不良によるさまざまな症状への対応は、症状の程度と状況により、保護者様へ連絡を行い指示を仰ぎます。 緊急を要する場合には、適切な手当を行いながら119番通報をして救急車を呼びます。

●非常災害対策
地震などの災害にあった場合、ベビーシッターはお子さまの安全を第一に考え、保護者様にお子さまを引き渡すまで自宅や緊急避難所などで待機します。また、安否確認については、ケアファインダー上のメッセージで保護者と連絡を試みます。万が一メッセージが送れない場合は、「災害用伝言ダイヤル(171)」にも伝言を残すことを行います。

●虐待の防止のための措置に関する事項
「児童福祉法」および「児童虐待の防止等に関する法律」に基づき、ケアファインダーのベビーシッターはお子さまの心身に苦痛を与えることのないよう、お子さまの人権に十分に配慮を行います。お子さまや保護者様のご様子などから虐待が疑われる場合には、ケアファインダー・サポートチームまたは児童相談所等の関連機関へ報告を行います。
