Experience
I basically grew up with babies and young children around me as my mom was a babysitter when i was a teenager and my elder sister owned a nursery back in Malaysia. I helped to care for the infants including feeding, dressing , change diapers, playing , teaching basic phonics and bringing toddlers to parks.
When i was living in Shanghai , i also have experience with some toddlers while serving at a church for Sunday school. Was put in charged for children under 4 years old. Read them bible stories, prepare creative art works, preparing snacks and playing games related to the bible stories.
I am also teaching part time at a language school for age 3 - 9 years old. My role include organize classroom and prepare materials, helping students to improve listening , reading and basic writing skill and provide a daily feedback for each student.
From time to time, i do help to babysit my neighbor babies whenever they have some urgent needs.

Cylina is a veteran caregiver. My son was in a bad mood, but she immediately made him feel better and went the extra mile with items to play with that she supplied. Her report on their activities was wonderful too. I highly recommend her.
Cylina was the best and I highly recommend her. I was immediately comfortable leaving my 3 children with her. Cylina is competent, confident and caring. She easily managed my children (1, 4 and 9 years old) picking them up from school, preparing dinner and doing light chores. If I was still in Japan I would use her regularly.

Cylina was great! She made an effort to really understand our son’s schedule and needs beforehand. She even offered to arrive earlier than the posted time to make sure that we were comfortable and able to pass along all of the necessary information regarding our child and our home.
Cylina also arrived with some of her own activities to play with our son. She kept us updated along the way, which made us feel very assured that our son was taken care of.

Cylina was so lovely with my two year old daughter. She looked after her twice now while I was at work. She prepared materials such as games and colored paper and they made a crown. Good communication and tidy too. Highly recommend!
Cylina was exceptional. Very well prepared, thoughtful, caring, energetic. She arrived early to acclimate with my son as it was the first time. Her excitement and fun techniques to play with him warmed him up well after several minutes, often he cries the first time, so she did a great job. When I came home you could tell my son was comfortable and had a good, healthy time. Cylina gave a nice detailed report, and played and took care of him in the way he likes.
事前に好きなキャラクターなどを聞いてくれて、英語を話せない息子も楽しそうに３時間遊ぶことができました。日本語で話してという息子のリクエストに頑張って対応してくださっていました。
