Hello! My name is Chyanne, I am from Cairns, Australia, and I have been living in Japan since December 2020!!

I have had many years of childcare experience, and have grown up looking after or interacting with kids in one way or another. From caring for my own younger brother, babysitting friends and families kids, and also helping my mum when she used to work in our local primary school's before and after school care program, I have had experience with children aged from 2 to 14 years old.

I am an artsy person, so I enjoy doing creative activities with children like drawing, colouring books, origami, making paper dolls, making things with play-doh and small fabric crafts like sock toys or finger puppets. I am also a huge fan of board games and puzzles, so I enjoy engaging kids in creative competition and getting them to use their brains in fun and exciting ways.

In my down time, I love to read books, listen to music, watch movies/TV series and play video games. You can catch me sing Disney song - some of my favourites include "A Whole New World" from Aladdin, "I Just Can't Wait to be King" from The Lion King and "Into the Unknown" from Frozen 2 - or playing games like Minecraft, Roblox or Pokemon, which I am always happy to talk about and share with the kids I meet. I am also a big nature/animal person, so I am always happy to be around family pets and always excited to talk about favourite animal and the like - my personal favourite creatures are Dinosaurs!!!

48+ hours before the scheduled sitting: No cancellation fee
Between 48-24 hours: 50% of sitting fee
Within 24 hours: 100% of sitting fee (+ transportation cost if on the way)
