Experience
I took care for my cousins children when they were young (few Month old till around 10 years old) and I also often play and take care with the son and the daughter (5 and 3 years old) of my Japanese Friend's Family when I visit them.
On Saturdays I'm working at a English school for the Saturday program. The childrens age who attending the program are between 3-5 years old.
I also teach weekly German to a 5 yr old girl.

４歳息子のベビーシッターを引き受けていただきました。
全く英語の話せない息子に対しても、たくさん話しかけて下さいました。
また息子はあまり集中力がなく、興味が次々と違うおもちゃに移り変わってしまうのですが、息子の興味に合わせて遊んでいただけたので、息子も楽しんでいたようです。
息子もまたCaroさんに来て欲しいと言っておりますので、また依頼させていただきたいと思います。
Caro is very reliable, kind and a calm centered person. She looked after our kids (boy and girl aged 7 and 4) on several occasions and she was instantly able to build up a relationship with the kids where they felt very comfortable. Furthermore she has a vast repertoire of ideas how to keep the kids engaged and entertained from indoor games, reading books to outdoor activities that we very much appreciated.
We can only highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone competent and reliable.

My son is very suspicious when he meets someone for the first time. Caro was very patient and won him over completely. My son has a lot of fun with her because she is very caring and kind.
It was my first time using this service. She was very kind. My daughter was nervous, but she stayed with us until the end.
