Hello, I’m Teruko.

I am a warm and responsible babysitter who truly enjoys spending time with children. I currently teach English to children at a nursery school and an after-school program in Tokyo. I also have experience caring for children in over 160 babysitting sessions through another agency.

Through my experience as an English teacher, I have learned that simply speaking English is not enough. I try to communicate in a clear and gentle way, so that children can enjoy English without feeling stressed or pressured.

I strongly value the Montessori approach of carefully observing each child and noticing their interests and needs. I try to give appropriate support and encouragement while respecting each child’s personality and pace.

I enjoy reading English picture books and collecting my favorite ones. Through picture books, songs, crafts, origami, and play, I would be happy to create a fun and natural environment where children can enjoy learning English.

Children’s safety and emotional well-being are always my top priorities. I will carefully support each child according to their individual needs and help them feel safe, comfortable, and happy.


CANCELLATION POLICY (all timing is calculated based on the start time of the scheduled sitting)
・48+ hours before the scheduled sitting: No cancellation fee
・Between 48-24 hours: 50% of sitting fee
・Within 24 hours: 100% of sitting fee (+ transportation cost if on the way)

短大卒業後、約15年間建設会社に勤務した後、現在は都内の保育園と学童で子どもたちに英語を教えています。TOEICは805点です。

英語児童講師としての経験を活かし、ただ英語を話すだけではなく、子どもにストレスを与えないよう、一人ひとりに合わせた分かりやすいコミュニケーションを心がけています。

子どもとの関わり方については、モンテッソーリの考え方に強く共感しています。子どもをよく観察し、その子が何に興味や関心を持っているのかを知り、必要な声かけや関わりを大切にしています。

英語の絵本を読むことが好きで、お気に入りの絵本を集めています。絵本や歌、クラフト、折り紙などを通して、楽しく遊びながら学べる時間を一緒につくっていきたいと思っています。

・シッティング開始時刻の 48 時間前のキャンセル :無料
・シッティング開始時刻の 48 時間〜24 時間前のキャンセル:シッティング料金の 50%
・シッティング開始時刻の 24 時間前のキャンセル:シッティング料金の 100%
また、すでにご家族の元へ移動を開始していた場合や、シッティング途中でキャンセルを希望された場 合は、交通費もキャンセル料金として発生します。
