Hello, I am Najma. I was born and raised in Pakistan and am currently living in Japan. My native language is Urdu, and I am also proficient in English, which allows me to communicate comfortably with international families.

As the eldest of nine siblings, I have extensive hands-on experience caring for children of different ages. I have regularly managed daily routines, supported their needs, and handled different personalities with patience and responsibility. In addition, I have 2 years of professional experience teaching elementary school students in my home country, which strengthened my ability to guide, communicate, and engage with children.

I enjoy engaging children in creative and educational activities such as drawing, storytelling, and simple learning games. I can also support basic English learning during playtime if desired. I believe in creating a calm, safe, and respectful environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and confident.

I can communicate in Urdu (native), English (proficient), and have a basic understanding of Japanese. I enjoy reading, spending time in nature, and creative activities. My strengths include patience, reliability, adaptability, and strong attention to children’s emotional and physical well-being.


CANCELLATION POLICY (all timing is calculated based on the start time of the scheduled sitting)
48+ hours before the scheduled sitting: No cancellation fee
Between 48-24 hours: 50% of sitting fee
Within 24 hours: 100% of sitting fee (+ transportation cost if on the way)
