How Much Can You Earn?
Referral bonuses increase as you bring in more babysitters:
- 👥 1 - 9 referrals: ¥2,000 each
- 👥 10 - 50 referrals: ¥3,000 each
- 👥 50+ referrals: ¥5,000 each

What Counts as a Successful Referral?
- 👶 Babysitters: They must complete the interview process, be approved by the CareFinder team, and receive their first review from a parent.
- 🏡 Families: They must actually use CareFinder, and their first payment must be processed.
