Cancellation Policy
To respect both your time and mine:
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the booking.
• 50% of the fee for cancellations 48–24 hours before.
• Full fee for cancellations within 24 hours (plus transportation if I have already left for the booking).

Política de Cancelamento
Para respeitar o tempo de ambas as partes:
• Cancelamento até 48 horas antes do horário agendado: gratuito
• Entre 48 e 24 horas antes: 50% do valor do serviço
• Menos de 24 horas antes: 100% do valor (mais custo de transporte se eu já estiver a caminho)
