Babysitting:
I used to take care my younger sister ever since she was born, since I am 7 years older than her, I was able to help my mother care for her by helping with bottle feeding, changing diapers and getting her ready for the day. As she got older, I was able to help by playing and looking after her when my mother was busy.
I also would often babysat my mother's friend's kids who were 3, 5 and 7 years old at the time - we would play and I would help provide general care for them until their parents got home.
Pet sitting:
I grew up surrounded by animals and have a lot of experience caring for pets. When I lived in the Philippines, I had 9 cats. My very first cat was named Miming, and she became the mother of many of our other cats. I helped take care of them by feeding them, playing with them, and making sure they were safe and happy.
Cats can be very active, especially at night, so I am used to their behavior. Sometimes they would start playing at midnight or even around 4 a.m.! They loved playing with cat toys and running around the house. When they needed to go to the toilet, they would stand by the door to let me know, and sometimes they would even wake me up while I was sleeping. I always found it funny and cute because cats are very smart and expressive.
Our neighbor also had a dog named Chuchu. She basically grew up with us and often came to our house to play with me and my cats. Later, she even had puppies! Because of this, I also became very comfortable around dogs.
When I moved to Japan, I had to find loving homes for my cats, so I carefully adopted them out to people who could take good care of them.
Now I have two pet birds named Koko and Cookie, so I also have experience caring for birds. I really enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved.

リサはとても親切で丁寧に子供に接してくれました。たくさん英語を話してくれて、子供の英語も引き出してくれました。お絵かきの遊びで書いてもらった白いクーピーでする遊びは、子供のお気に入りになりました。あれから地球儀を見て、リサはどこから来たの？と尋ねたりしています。また機会があったらお願いしたいです。ありがとうございました。
Lisa was very kind and took great care of my child. She is also fluent in English and helped my child learn English. What my child enjoyed most was drawing with the white crayons that Lisa had drawn for them. Since then, every time my child sees a globe, they ask, "Where did Lisa come from?" If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to ask Lisa for help again. Thank you so much.

This was our first experience with Carefinders and Risa was an absolute delight - she was so clear in her communication which helped us decide in her favour and she was able to make my very shy and anxious son very comfortable during our night out in Tokyo. She brought him lovely toys and origami paper and he is still talking about what a fun time he had when she came over. Would engage again in a heartbeat!
What a lovely woman!! So kind and gentle. My children warmed up to her instantly despite my son being super shy, he was instantly talking, singing and playing games.
She bought my kids gifts, cleaned up after them and even went the extra mile of helping me get the washing done and folding them while I was out.

Risa was professional, reliable, and clearly experienced with children. We felt completely comfortable leaving our three kids in her care.
