Hello! My name is Kornelia and I’ve been living in Fukuoka for the past 6 years where I am currently working as a private English teacher. I am of dual nationality: Hungarian and Serbian, therefore I am fluent in English, Hungarian and Serbian. I can speak Japanese at a daily conversational level.

I have been teaching English for more than 8 years and have a lot of experience with children of all ages. I currently sometimes teach at elementary schools, middle schools and junior high schools as a guest ALT teacher in Fukuoka.
I worked as a kindergarten English teacher in China where I gained experience taking care of and teaching small children aged 2 to 6. I also worked at two summer camps in the UK where I was responsible for different student groups.
I have a lot of experience teaching English online as I worked for an online English tutoring company for two years teaching people of all ages, kids and adults alike.
I also have a very active 3 year old daughter I love spending time with and planning activities for! She was born in Japan, therefore I am aware of the struggles and joys of raising kids in this country.

In my free time I like reading books, cooking and baking ( baking together is my daughter’s favorite activity ). I enjoy spending my time with children and planning activities for them that suit their individual needs and personalities: whether it’s playing outdoors, coloring, practicing English, reading books, playing board games or listening to music and singing along.
As a mom I know how important it is to be able to trust the people who take care of our children and have a good working relationship with them and I am fairly easy to get along with, patient, flexible and very reliable.

Nevem Kornélia és 6 éve élek Fukuokában ahol jelenleg magán angol tanárként dolgozom. Bébiszitterként szeretném felajánlani segítségemet. Lányom Japánban született, tehát tisztában vagyok a nehézségekkel és előnyökkel a gyermekeink nevelését illetően amik ebben az országban jelentkezhetnek.
Egy kínai óvoda angol tanárjaként nagy tapasztalatra tettem szert a kisgyermekek nevelésében és nyelvre való oktatásában. Emellett dolgoztam általános és középiskolákban Japánban, nyári táborokban Angliában és online iskolákban.
Folyékonyan beszélek magyarul, angolul és szerbül, japán nyelvtudásom alacsonyabb középfokú.
Magamról annyit hogy szeretek olvasni, sütni-főzni ( lányom is besegít amikor teheti ). A rámbízott gyerekekre szakszerűen vigyázok, mesét olvasok, foglalkozásokat tervezek házon belül és kívül.

Ja sam Kornelia i radim kao nastavnik engleskog jezika u Fukuoki gde živim 6 godina. Pružam uslugu čuvanje dece po satu. Moja ćerka je rođena u Japanu, tako da sam svesna teškoća i uticaja koja se javljaju u ovoj državi i kako da se nosim sa uobičajenim i vanrednim situacijama. Mogu da komuniciram sa decom i roditeljima koristeći srpski, engleski ili mađarski jezik. Japanski pričam na osnovnom nivou.
Kao nastavnica engleskog jezika u zabavištu u Kini stekla sam mnogo iskustva kako da brinem o maloj deci i kako da ih učim jezicima. Radila sam u osnovnim školama i srednjim školama u Japanu i po letnjim kampovima u Engleskoj.
U slobodnom vremenu volim da čitam knjige, kuvam internacionalnu hranu i pečem hleb i kolače (često mi pomaže ćerkica!).
Decu tretiram sa poštovanjem i uvažavanjem i trudim se da planiram odgovarajuće aktivnosti za svaku uzrast. Ljubazna sam, fleksibilna i pouzdana osoba, slobodno me kontaktirajte za pomoć!

Hi, my name is Chelsea and I'm from Australia. I am currently living in Japan on a Working Holiday Visa, while surfing and experiencing the local culture.

Over the course of my life, I have had about 10 years or so worth of babysitting experience, this has included caring for my own family members (nieces and nephews), neighbours kids/kids in my community, as well as family friend's children. All of them ranging from 2-14 years old.

During this time, I plan creative activities, prepare their meals, and manage bedtime routines. I easily develop strong communication and problem-solving skills with children and I prioritize safety at all times.
Parents have often given me positive feedback about my ability to connect with the kids and handle various situations. I’m confident I can bring that same dedication and care to any role. 🙂

My interests/hobbies include bushwalking, surfing, swimming, reading, baking, camping, creative arts and playing board games, all of which I enjoy sharing with children!!
