Dear Carefinder Families,
My name is Joan, an international student in Tokyo, Japan, whose native language is English. I'm a jovial person, social, outgoing, passionate, caring, kind, a happy human, and more importantly, very passionate about children of all categories.

I love having children around me as they honestly make my day more beautiful. They immensely melt my heart, and it's a feeling I cannot express how much my heart is filled with joy and a face full of smiles. Sincerely speaking, babies are indeed charming and amazing humans to have around, and I therefore wish to spend my days and moments with them. I'd call myself a babysitter-at-heart and a nurturer for sure. I love doing several activities with children of all categories, like doing dinosaur activities, animal fun and nature exploration, Disney character fun, anime-inspired activities, superhero and fantasy themes, Pokemon-themed care, playing peek-a-Boo, playing with legos, doing art and painting, and puzzle games.

My experience with children started a long time ago, when I was 10 years old when I started babysitting my siblings when they were around 1 month old and at around 15 years old, I could sing lullabies for the baby to sleep, I could put the baby on my laps while singing and bottle-feeding the baby. I could help my mum change the baby's diapers, prepare food for the baby, bathe the baby, and change the baby's clothes after a bath. At some point around this 15-year-old, I could also help my neighbors take care of their babies when they get committed in their daily activities, and I also helped my aunt take care of her babies. Teaching girls how to take care of babies at a young age in Africa is like a norm and culture, especially in my country.

Doing all these with love and passion, I started learning how to take care of babies at a very young age and I believe that is where my love and passion for children started from and even it has grown much stronger with time as I can see myself everytime I meet children on my daily life.

I hope to make the growth of your child/children a remarkable and memorable one as much as possible. I'll do my best to be passionate with them and be impactful in their growth, as they deserve nothing but a pure loving, passionate, and a nurturing person.
Additionally, I usually do work wholeheartedly and with passion. My goal in any task given is to always deliver to my best capacity.

CANCELLATION POLICY (All timing is calculated based on the start time of the scheduled sitting.)
48+ hours before the scheduled sitting: No cancellation fee
Between 48-24 hours: 50% of sitting fee
Within 24 hours: 100% of sitting fee (+ transportation cost if on the way).
