経験内容
I am currently working as an English Teacher for kids (Jolly Phonics) and as a Kindergarten Teacher. I have a 2 and a half year old son and have been a full time and hands-on mom. I also took care of my nieces way back in the Philippines from newborn until they’re 3 & 5 years old every time their mom is away for work. We also practice Montessori approach at home specifically:
1. For fine motors skills (ex. transfer activities)
2. Gross motor skills (ex. Outdoor play and walks, stacking tower, balancing tray)
3. Care of self (ex. Feeding self since my son is a BLW baby since 6 months, dressing self, washing hands, folding work)
4. Kitchen skills(ex. Cooking and baking together)
5. Art skills(ex. drawing and painting, modeling with clay)
6. Manners
7. Other Practical Life skills(ex. Cleaning, fixing his toys)

Aileen is 5 star and I would absolutely not hesitate to hire her again. Punctual, great at communication, amazing with small kids (mine 9 mnths and 2.9mnths). Immediately my kids loved her. Not only did she get them fed, bathed, and in bed (and on time, a miracle) she then cleaned up all their things and re-organised and folded everything. I loved receiving updates while out too and so many photos of them having fun. Thank so much!!!!
Aileen was great! She gave importance to hygiene as soon as she arrived! Washed her hands before greeting our little one. Aileen was in constant communication throughout the time she was on the job!
Would recommend Aileen to all my friends visiting Tokyo!
We were looking for a babysitter for our two children, ages 2 and 4, at our hotel and Aileen was perfect for the job! With her background working with young children and being a mom herself, she was confident in everything children. Spoke great English, communicated promptly, punctual, sent pictures, fed our kids dinner, followed directions well and more! Our kids loved her for the two nights we had her. She exudes warmth and friendliness! We will miss her and definitely use her again when visiting Tokyo!
Aileen was excellent with our son. She was very attentive to his needs and he warm up to her right away. Aileen messaged us and kept us updated on his nap and when he drank his bottle which put us at ease. We are happy to have her watch our son again.

・事前に子供の嗜好をヒアリングし、本を持ってきて読んで貰い楽しそうにしていました。

She is such a great babysitter!
My son is shy but she patiently suggested different games and he had a great time. Also, I don't speak much English, but she tried her best to communicate a lot with me, and I had a great time as well. I would like to offer to sitting again.☺️
Aileen is an experienced babysitter and such a delight. Her professional experience coupled with experience being a mother herself makes her an awesome babysitter. Wish she lived back in Australia so we could hire her more regularly!
My daughter is shy, but she was fine without being shy! Aileen also has a son, so she understands children and was very good at handling and dealing with my child. I once asked a different person to be my child's sitter, but at that time my child got tired of using English halfway through, but thanks to her, my child didn't get bored even during the long three-hour period. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I highly recommend her as both a sitter and an English teacher.
