Kozue-san was the perfect fit for our family. She is very personable, asked the right questions and understood our needs. On top of that, she came prepared and our children enjoyed their day with her. She made us feel at ease while we were out for the day working. We will definitely work with her again. どうもありがとうございました!
Kozue san is kind, capable, and understanding of children. My daughters (2 & 9 months) had a great time with her! She brought toys for them to play with and was not phased when it took some time for them to warm up to a her as a stranger. My experience with her as a mom was smooth and she put me at ease with her consideration and kindness. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again!
Kozue looked after our 6m old boy for two nights during our stay in Okinawa. We were so impressed with her professionalism and the high standard of care she provided. We would definitely hire Kozue for future trips to Okinawa :-)

Kozue-san was wonderful! Our 3 year old connected with her right away and seemed very comfortable playing with her. She was communicative and asked questions to understand our child’s unique interests and situation. She sent photos and message updates and provided a summary of the sitting when I returned. Kozue-san is a great childcare provider, and I would recommend her to anyone who is nervous about hiring a new sitter!

We were lucky to have Kozue san support us during our vacation. Mature, professional, calm and fun. Our family were able to make the most of the vacation time all together, and also with some quality one-on-one time.
Kozue was very friendly and attentive. She ensured she understood my son’s needs, and went above and beyond. She also came on late notice, which was a big help for my son and myself, if I could give a thousand star rating I would! Thank you once again Kozue!!!

Kozue was amazing with my girls! We had an initial visit with her so the girls, especially my youngest, would be comfortable with her. She was very thorough and would update me throughout the night how the girls were and what activities they were doing! Other than being a babysitter, she takes pride in educating your children, specific to their learning level. She taught my girls how to write their names in Japanese! I would highly recommended Kozue to anyone needing a sitter!!

Kozue looked after my 18 month old daughter for three days on three separate occasions while we had a holiday in Okinawa. She was super professional and had experienced. She gave me a daily summary of what they did, she sent me some photos, and she even brought a big basket of things to do with my baby as we were staying in a hotel. We will definitely ask for her help again in the near future when we return to Okinawa. We highly recommend.
From the moment she walked in, my boys absolutely enjoyed Kozue. She is very professional and considerate. She showed up more than prepared and considered things that I hadn't even thought of. Her experience is evident through the professionalism that she showed. I highly recommend Kozue and if I need someone to watch the boys in the future, she's my number 1 pick.

1歳1ヶ月の娘のシッターをお願いしました。
初めてのベビーシッターでとても不安でしたが、事前に丁寧に対応いただき、安心してお願いすることができました。
当日も、あっという間に子供と仲良くなって、子供も終始ご機嫌で過ごしていてくれました。
途中、おやつやおむつ替え、今の機嫌など、丁寧に報告くださり、離れていても安心でした。
ぜひまたお願いしたいと思います。

Kozue is a fabulous nanny/sitter! She was fantastic with our 5 month old son. She brought some of her own toys and puppets that he loved! We will definitely be reaching out to her again.

Kozue was lovey. My 15 month old (currently in “stranger danger” phase) warmed up to her more quickly than others we’ve worked with recently, so it was a pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend!
初回から親の代わりに保育園のお迎えと親が帰宅するまでの自宅でのケアをお願いしておりました。子供が戸惑わないか心配しておりましたが、事前面談のおかげで子供も顔を覚えており、親の心配とは逆に楽しく帰宅したそうです。保育園の先生への対応もお気遣い頂きスムーズに引き渡せたとの事でした。ケア中は3時間に３回ほど子供たちの様子をメッセージ頂けて、安心して任せることができました。親が帰宅した際は子供たち2人ともすっかり懐いており、彼女に依頼してよかったと大変満足しております。
Kozueさんは、事前のやり取りの段階からとても丁寧で的確な対応をして下さっていたので、シッティングで会う前から子供たちは楽しみにしていました。兄妹2人で11時間という長時間で移動も伴う難しいご依頼だったにも関わらず、子供たちが丸一日心から楽しく、安心できる時間をKozueさんと過ごさせてもらえて、心から感謝しています。変更にも臨機応変に対応して下さりとても助かりました。娘はKozueさんと一緒に作った大好きなペーパークラフトを嬉しそうに見せてくれ、息子もイキイキとKozueさんと過ごした時間のことを語ってくれ、本当に特別な時間だったことが、とても良くわかりました。ありがとうございました‼︎

1歳の子も帰り際玄関のドアが閉まった瞬間、泣き出してしまったくらい帰られた後は寂しかったようです。楽しい時間を過ごせたようです。
