I am Silvia I am Italian and have moved to Japan to improve my Japanese and to realize my dream of using my skills and my studies to help children and teenagers to understand their value and develop their gifts to become the individual they wish. I have been working with the youngest for over 20 years and I love to build happy and warm relations with my pupils because I really believe that life must always be lived with harmony and with a smile.
I like reading,animals, music, dancing, arts, cooking and I enjoy making handcrafts knitting and crocheting , or using all sorts of materials.
During my working experieces I cared children in Summer Camps where they could play and experience various cultural and amusing moments, visiting their
neighborhood or various places of their home town or going to the park and Simply have fun.
I also took care of primary and secondary school children when their parents could not because of working or family problems.
I am patient and calm and I am always focused on the young needs and feelings.
As I am good chef, if I am allowed I could cook and have fun preparing food with children/ teenagers.
Even tough I am "grown up" my relationship Is more that of an "aunty" so children/teenagers can speak and feel at ease with me.
I can speak Italiano ( my mother tongue)English, French, Spanish and a little Japanese but I am sure I am going to improve it soon.
