So many of the amazing babysitters in the CareFinder community have discovered us through referrals from other sitters. While we've always had a rewards program for those who encourage others to join the platform, we're now expanding on it to recognize superstar recruiters!
It's Easy
Tell your network about CareFinder and for each new babysitter or family you introduce to our community, you'll earn a referral bonus. The more people you successfully introduce (see below for details), the more money you'll earn!
1 - 9: ¥2,000 each
10 - 50: ¥3,000 each
50+: ¥5,000 each
How does it work?
CareFinder will give you the tools and support you need!
To recruit babysitters, consider your friend group, classmates and neighbors! Many of us know people who'd love to earn extra money and have the skills to be babysitters. When they apply to CareFinder we always ask who sent them our way, so make sure they know to drop your name!
To recruit families, we will give you fliers and business cards with personalized promo codes. Once they subscribe to CareFinder, they'll input this code and you'll get the credit! Always be on the lookout for opportunities to introduce families you meet to CareFinder; some just don't know our service is available, so it's as simple as spreading the word!
What's a successful introduction?
Babysitters: They've been interviewed and approved by the CareFinder team and have received their first review from a parent.
Families: They've signed up for a subscription and their first payment has been processed.
